Living For Validation Is Too Much. Withdrawing Completely Is Too Little Back in the day when society was less complicated, getting a healthy amount of social exposure and recognition was a lot easier. Today it's too easy to get too much, or too little, or bounce back and forth between the two extremes. Luckily, there is an easier way.
